my hse got very stubborn shoe prints...i always use nail polish remover to remove stains like iodine, pen ink, etc on my floor tiles & it works...so i try to use nail polish remover to wipe off the shoe prints, cannot remove le dun noe who left the shoe prints there....hope the chemical wash will be able to remove the stains...

Aruggggghhhhh...CES really get on our nerves....but seems nobody write in le....my floor got drops of paint all over the skirting....the designer never think 1 le, the way they fix the switches are all over the place...& the whole place is not very elderly friendly le, taxi can't even go through the carpark to 1C, my mum had to walk all the way from 1E to 1C today i went down see FS, wa, such a huge crowd turn up at pinnacle, our place is like a zoo....

ahlamak......if they do it correctly the 1st place, they'll not hv to redo wat...we as residents should get together & write a petition to complain about CES ya lor...stupid design....when i 1st saw it, i ask CES, they told me the design is like that...halo...this is not design, this is not praticle le....

ya lor...so very obvious right...doesn't the padlock eyelet comes together with the gate?? CES told me the padlock eyelet & gate are 2 separate things, the hole is due to dun noe wat shouldering din do properly, i dun care, I want a new gate...

undermount water will not seep out easily but will water seep into the plywood instead???

haha...i haven't start my reno yet...gg to start soon...haven't got quote from my contractor yet...but based on the solid surface he quote me for kitchen cabinet @$80/ft, bay window around 5ft = $400??

can CES really redo the revarnishing har?? does any of ur gate got a hole at the padlock area??

haha...ur maid is exactly like my fren's maid....they really really loves yaking on the phone...my fren's maid is a big eater, she can eat 8 slices of bread everyday plus 4 jars of nutella, jams, etc each month....
