Hi, I am interested in coming out with a defect checking app for those with a new home. As a new home owner, you are titled to 1 year defect warranty from the HDB or maybe the contractor of your reno. I am thinking of doing an app where you can do the following: 1) checks for defects based on a checklist 2) Record the defects with picture taking 3) Send a copy to your email so that you can print the defect list and passed to HDB or contractor 4) Saving of defects in a checklist form so as it to be able remove/unchceck as defect rectified. Hence, I am doing an interest check here. After all, people in this sub forum are most interested in these.
