We had met up our relief ID last sat and were quite impressed with the follow-up and rectification work he has done for our home. At last, most of the rectification had been proceed and he even took the effort to place masking tape for work needed to be done. Great job...keep it up man!! Here are some photos taken an hour ago.... Common bathroom bi-fold door installed.. luv the clean look Common bathroom- wrongly drilled wall tile was touch up.. This is something we have to salute the tiler uncle, it's not easy to remove the damaged tile and in fact we were struggling whether to take the risk or not bcos we were told it's gonna affect alot more tiles caused by the cut. Thankfully, it was done with minimum visiblilty. Tile at the size of 60cm x 30cm was cut half and replaced. Common and MBR bathroom concrete slab finally up..........

It's been a while since i last update. Nothing much was done other than painting. Abit screw up on the electrical work... the DB board was wrongly placed, supposed to be above the main door but somehow it was fixed right below the "waterpipe" and yes below WATERPIPE.... of course we are NOT going to accept it! We had advised the electrician (twice) that we required 2 LAN cable (self provided) in the study room but only 1 was fixed and false ceiling was up already so we wonder how are they going to add the other.... By the way, the false ceiling for the DB box was cut and it's very ugly, again we wonder how are they going to fix. Currently, our ID is away for in-camp training and another colleague of his will stand in for him. We have yet to meet up but i guess we'll be, very soon...

HB was saying doubt they will entertain us since nothing major happens but we cannot sit & wait till something happen then take action mah, by then already too late!! Officer told me unless we r making a police report otherwise they will not issue a "notice". Urghh!!!!

Hi darkfear, Apparantly, we face the same problem as you. It seems like our ex-owner did not pay up her bill to sxxxtelcommunication and somehow we received letters from Pinnacle credit whom may be engaged by this company. I told my agent abt it and she managed to get me her new address.. Her advise was make a call to this credit com, informing them that this owner no longer staying there. My HB did so and the lady told us that they will update their system and meanwhile told us to mail the letter back. We did not open the letters but somehow manage to see the header (which is how we get to know they owe sxxxtel). So far, they did not paste anything at our unit but they hand delivered a reminder letter which they simply throw it on the floor. I wonder how many of my neighbors seen it cos they gave me a kind of unfriendly look. We went to police station to see if they can actually issue a notice for us but sadly got rejected, officer suggested to do our own notice!

=updates= Painters start work today... Electrician did not do a good job, did not remove the old lights and fans which we previously discussed. ID called them up immediately and told them to come and remove asap otherwise painters will have problem. Meet up with carpenters as well. Hope we did not miss out anything we need Anyway, here's the changes for the kitchen sink.....better and even better than what i have suggested.

Remember not to get those with red light, clever buglars know that they were faked. This was advised by an experts selling camera at Sim Lim.... he says u might even luke the buglars to your house when they see red light. Mustafa selling at $4 if i remember correctly. I got mine at abt $12 from Sim Lim cos we even get the lens to make it look more real. If you decided to put somewhere low, better get the lens otherwise.....................
