I must say u solid again. Buy asofa before ID design. Now ID design got to fit into ur purchase........but then again, black easier to match...... Those furnishing(hard lol and soft) better buy after design is firm/colors are chosen etc....so as to fit...lol.....unless u are planning to use some existing furniture.... Lol..I went to Lorenzo Changi South most of the time for my sofa as it is near my place. But the last time I was there which was the previous weekend, I intended to buy the sofa set. The gentleman that always attend to me was not there. So a young lady attended to me and since I knew what I wanted, we went straight to the sofa. Then I notice another set which I kind of like though it is a little but more ex. So out of courtesy, I ask the girl whether I could take a photo and show it to my ID first before I buy. She said "No, store policy".......lol..oh my, I have been buying many Lorenzo stuff for 10 years and taken photos all this while without a problem and this young lady said cannot. So I politely tell her that I have taken pics countless times at this store and other Lorenzo outlet as well and all with the permission of the sales persons. I requested her to check with her supervisor but she just stand there and said no. Lol...so I left lor without buying and as I left she holler at me "Not Buying Mr". Sigh.... Anyway the next day, I went to Furniture Mall and bought it from Lorenzo there, with a dining table set.......

lol....I was in Courts and so happen to pass thru the air con section as my wife wanted to see how the Mitsubishi Heavy fan coil looks like. BTW, my wife in M&E line and her team of colleagues very very familair with air con. She know a lot more of air con than me.... Anyway, this young chap came up and we talked. He show us a set of air con and started talking about how good Toshiba is....(actually my wife colleague all said Toshiba tua-kong but Heavy is ok too).......I interrupt a few times that is it Panasonic he is talking about, but he keep on saying Toshiba. The reason why I did that was that he was showing us the Panasonic set of air-cons all this while!!!!!...... but cludoes to him, as soon as he realized his mistake, he calmly lead us to the other end of display where Toshiba is displayed.....

lol...I do not remember seeing it in GR link when I was there last week...... I do not think it is Toto......the picture I took is from Crizto web site which kind of look the same.... There are a couple of single piece WC that cost around $200.....lol...but this one had my attention............. My wife always said I am always obsessed with nice toilet bowl (the last one we bought cost $500.....). Hey How about this for your 5.1 speakers (Focal Dome) If u are seriously interested, that range is available in Asia Sound (Adelphi) but not sure they carry the red color range though... I was told the sound is not bad as well....pricing?..use u bargaining charm

If by 3D, u meant 3D drawing, then no. We did not get 3D drawings. But we will get to see the perspective drawing though u do not get to keep it.....

Update..... lol...finally bought my sofa, dining table and bedframe. Wahlao, went round looking for ages. Today ask ID to come down and within 2 hours bought all the stuff. So now for bathroom / lightings go down with ID better... We are planning to go down to V-Lux and Heritage, both in Geylang. If anyone got bad review, expereience, pricing with them..pls post!!!!!... BTW...sofa and dining from Lorenzo, and bedframe from Cellini. Both shops thats I had bought my stuff before and with good experience on delivery and post sales support. Play safe........................nearly buy from La Cafa but decided to pay more for heart comfort......... Pics?...Sorry...forgot to take......................in a rush

Its very true. I have been doing that for the past 15+ years. Go to the big stores, check out their models, called up my friendly neighbourhood store, and got prices cheaper, sometimes by a few hundred dollars and yes, even if there are "sales"on........................ but.... pay in cash/cheque...........
