happy holis. wooo barcounter seem like you have a busy week. the mentioned co i did contact them before. they are outstanding co. but the range of comparing is wrong. you cant really compare TIP with the other 2. TIP is a more branded co having lots of road show and expo show. home story and colours are closer in range. home story is doing more on newspaper ads and referral. while colours is only going by word of mouth. that is also why there is sure a jump in price (overhead effect). it is good that you check out with the showflat owners to get a rough feel of what they feel after renovation which is important. Things sometime how good a designer is, still will go wrong and it may not be fully the designer fault but the supplier or just a mislook. what we want is id that will help us clear everything instead of pushing.

if i have 100k, i will not invest in full but maybe 10-20% of it only(play safe lol) now in market they are lot of all this diff products around the one i recently bought was something like investing in to biz the risk is so much lower and the returns make sense and can last me long without asking me to keep throwing in money. the ABC co gather all our money to fund existing biz and open new biz in singapore and abroad. and with all this biz we will get our returns from there. and the main thing is that we wanted to earn more so we will refer friends to use the biz like hair saloon, foods , resort, bird nest, lightings, car agent and many more to get our refer fee on top of the payout. at first i wasnt ready to join but what convice me is that the biz is really there where we can see and know how well it is doing and the biz this ABC co is doing suits everyday ppl to use which means that its easy also for us to intro ppl to use them. and apart from that if the biz flop but i think it will be hard to flop due to they having so many biz to cover each other, something like what banker do earn from a basket, we have 80% capital protected with a min interest of 2%. which i feel that is afair deal and yet fund is protected and the payout will come with statments every 3months. 15-25 percent of net profit of all biz under this company will be the payout share among the investors. i took it to try hopefully the biz will be doing bigger and bigger then i somehow need not work anymore. and we this investment, i dont even need 100k to invest in papers but all i use is 10k to invest in afew biz and if the ABC co do expend, i will be earning from alot more other trades. not sure if this is the best investment for me, but i know that for ppl like me i rather play it safe and also do my part as an acting boss to refer friends to use the products

there is a way to have the dream counter, i have seen a lot of showflat they hack alway the kitchen wall to get the bar counter. it looks really nice i am not strong in design but just share abit on what i saw from showflats.

me too looking for id for my home,*or should i say i have being looking for id for like coming 2 years already.* as for this company they are also one of my shortlisted company. the id who is attach to me is desmond who is under vin (their manager) during our 2 appointments vin was around to help out. the appointment was really good, desmond is a very detail guy and with vin around, they somehow nail the whole appointment. we are also lucky to happen to met up with tons of designers and each ahs got their charm. but we ended up shortlisting 3 companies home story is one of them after seeing their recent project at punggol and how the home owners keep telling us how happy they are. we finally understand from viewing over 8-10 diff showflats. all projects will have some problems. after all its really down to the id that is handling the job to help clear all out. i am now comparing 3 very strong interior company, i am looking for the ones that let me have the trust and able to help me.

Most company will be very busy due to the rushing of IR. i tried calling Zl for appointments but have to wait. And most of the us here will be like what, starting reno after chinese new year! thats going to be war. Most of the companies i went to all fully book for chinese new year. i was told that this year was the best year so far having many new Tops. I hope that if any designer from colours see this pls contact me asap cause i wish to have time to compare more quotes and also pin down a confirmation before Chinese new year.

the bailout is crap, it will only add tax to the lower end and keeping the rich richer the poor poorer. its a bad move. USD will soon be close to Zero last year was a big lesson to all. and for all we knows thats only the starting. it will be best to go with gold. SGD might look safe but due to the Monopoly game which we are into , all funny paper will lose its value once a blow from US come to light. They are printing more and more money with they can now only rise tax and etc to cover up the funny money. and they need more debt to float the thru. once bank stop borrowing. that is it. all the funny money will be down to zero
