  1. thank u. its more like a 3-in-1 room. the long table for my com and her laptop, the big mirror for her to do some yoga and of course the wardrobe.
  2. Mine is Nippon colour 26A. can be found in 2011 catalogue. its dark greyish brown sort of color. love it about cleaning it i have not tried. so how is your wall now? your id got touch up for you? thank you for sharing your experience, think i wont clean it with wet cloth then.

  5. as in whether will feel the heat walk pass? the spotlights are very hot even switching on for awhile, but heat along passageway, i don't feel it
  6. open concept pole system wardrobe glass wall also installed bathrooms accessories (by Jason himself) mirror for common toilet and supposedly also mirror for master toilet but after carrying in, about 2 minutes later they carried out and reported got some scratches maybe scratched along the way. they need to get it replaced. if only every installer is so responsible, the world will be a better place. tomorrow kitchen top :yeah:
  7. 22/12 - some glass and mirror works reach our home, saw Jason sweeping floor and 3 worker installing glass wall. Jason said he cannot stand so sandy and swept all the way to the lift area then he say use to it liao, at home also he does housework, because he feels his wife will not do a proper job. super funny. Alumix came to install the missing hanging bar liao. Finally the end of my pole sys saga. This time round the sales staff came personally to fix that bar. Took some pictures and says he will go back and report about the 2 rude installers, he explains actually alot of pple complain about them liao.
  8. 21/12 - alumix came to reinstall pole sys / met 2 curtain co. Jason told me the installers were not very happy, told me to not appear until its fixed. He will make sure they do swee swee. Made appointment with Fabulous Curtain, so got to be there at 1.30pm. Lucky the 2 **** rude installers were leaving, at the lift when we arrived. Anyway the pole sys is fixed, and configuration all correct this time round, EXCEPT : they removed 1 of my hanging pole, never fixed back and brought back with them. W T f.... maybe they love my house too much, like to come back many times. Jason also stunt, he missed that. It was a pole under a drawer to hang pants, so i won't blame him for that, as usual he told me, "don't worry, i settle" lol Fabulous Curtain were early, they were waiting for us actually. Sales person - Jeff. very friendly brought a colleague. gave very constructive suggestions and also understands our requirements. Bring out correct materials and colours for us to choose. Had experiences where sales person keep pushing you materials which you won't even consider. 2nd appt : June and Hubby intro from friend. very happy go lucky couple, had the materials we wanted, able to work around our budget accordingly, best quote! confirmed them on the spot. Highly recommended. Those already had an idea of material/colour for curtain/roller and also had quotations from some companies, i will be more than willing to share June contact so you can make appointment and do a final comparison. drop me a pm
  9. really hate the kitchen floor colour should have cement screeded the kitchen, just flash across my mind after seeing how not matching the colour of kitchen floor tiles are. didn't wanted to overlay, so never thought of alternatives, but the cement screed idea just came out suddenly. abit late add on to shopping list : today went sim siang choon to buy some toilet accessories. (paper holder, towel bar, towel hooks, corner glass shelves) went to changi south ave 2 outlet, definately the most complete showroom for toilet stuff we've visited so far. service : didn't require. we shop around, mark down item no. then check out at counter. self-service
  10. 17/12 - continue with carpentry works 1)bomb shelter feature wall up 2)more progress on kitchen cabinet, actually left glass works and granite top 3)tv console up Bomb shelter wall closer look at the laminates, white laminates actually matt leather finish. nice to look and touch too kitchen drawers all installed and gas piping concealed my simple console design now waiting for Jason to make arrangement with Alumix to settle the pole system. and we are waiting for granite top / glass / mirror to be up to be continued... and yet again...

  13. home taken care by Jason Lim of Innerview. now at carpentry stage (can take a look at my renoblog if interested) :good: no complaints, only praises. never over promises, cannot be done he will tell you straight. very detailed and responsible, make sure problems are rectified and treat my home like his own. strongly recommended to me by a long time friend who had a very good experience with him, and we are super satisfied so far
  14. enough of the unhappy part... get back to the wardrobe we are happy, hope the following pics give a clearer image of wardrobe
  15. my rm 2 wardrobe with all the shelves and drawers all at wrong positions! really need to guide them through whole process the next time round they come fix the sys. if only they space further away from window so... 1) i won't risk pulling out drawer and hitting my table 2) i can comfortably fit in roller blinds
  16. the track lights breakdown 1 meter white track - $10.00 3 round black spotlights - 3x$12 = $36 $46! didn't even realise it was so cheap
  17. yah, this way can also box up and conceal. i'm also installing glass backing above cabinet, in the middle protrude a pipe out abit weird
  18. 16/12 - install Pole sys wardrobe from Alumix haiz... i've got specific positions for the poles so that alignment everything swee swee but apparently the Alumix pple just cannot understand what i want. their boss was there in the morning to explain to them the position they can still get it wrong. 1st time too far from window, 2nd time too near to window... haiz... it was so near that i have no space to install roller blinds! the 2 workers seems to be in a hurry and grumble non-stop. claiming he confirmed with us then he installed la, claims earlier do further away from window we don't want la... want to shift position must dismantle whole sys and rebuild. our poles are floor to wall kind so still must unscrew and drill more holes! haizzz Jason, being the normal cool self told me not to worry he will settle. he ask them to go off 1st he will settle with their boss. Jason told me if they were his workers he will F them and get them to dismantle , redo on the spot. but they are Alumix workers, so he will settle with the boss, they don't come redo, he won't pay them. lol anyway some drawers already got scratches, they will need to replace them. waste 1 day, don't even have mood to take photos just now. later then see maybe take clearer pic of wardrobe or maybe show how f-up the wardrobe was installed. to be continued... yet again...
  19. the track lights from lightings.com.sg lor. think abt less than $100. go home check reciept let you know. but went to bendemeer branch no track lights and the chandelier design but balestier got. think different branch carry different items and they will tell you all branches same ... hello! we are at A. you all? mine is 4 rm
  20. the laminate acc to jason is new series, i 1st to use from his co. you refering to wardrobe right? its black with shiny silver patches and white with shiny silver patches comes in matt and gloss finish the body i chose is matt black, the casement doors are glossy white. brand i think is freedom or something, you really want to know i can ask jason. took using my hp so not doing the laminate justice, we really love the wardrobe.
  21. My renovation so far has been really smooth. Kudos to Jason. Problems i brought up are almost rectified immediately. He is definitely contactable. He calls me more often then i need to call him updating me of progress. Really can't think of anything to complain about. example: me : jason ah, the wall like not plaster smooth leh for masterbed room door jason : huh! that day i check tiler do swee swee leh, don't worry i go check, maybe painter never do properly the next time i went to see, the wall smooth liao. :good: tomorrow pole system should be up, got from Alumix. update again tmrw... to be continued... again...
