hello there, the quote you have looks reasonable. Could you share the contact of your contractor with me? Because i'm looking for someone to do my hse renovation and all quotes i been getting are above 20K excluding electrical works. My main works are on the kitchen and 2 toilets. Not much on the rest. dear all, i jus purchased a resale 5yr old flat. The kitchen cabinet is in good condition however the colour of the cabinets will clashed with our home theme. Wondering rather than replacing the whole cabinet jus becos of the colour, would it be possible to only replace the parts say the doors etc?

as i read, i started to feel i have been carrot chop. Jus purchased a 4 room with 25k COV. Top floor, Corner unit, Near Mrt. its nt easy to find a top floor unit so thus we actually agreed with it. The offer frm another couple was this amt so wen we offer something lower, the seller rejected us.

hmmm means if we never get any ID we cant apply renovation loan?
