Went IT show today and bought a Phillips Full HD-LCD 42" at 999 during Audio House Hourly Special (Model . 42PFL5609/98) . Original Price was 1999 At first we were thinking Toshiba 42" 699 which is also quiet a good bargain but Phillips model is better-looking. First buy for our new home =)

Hi do anyone happen to be able advise me on this. I got an offer from another company and is considering abt a job switch. (but to stay in the same company for at least an year is one of the requirement for hdb loan) And also my husband-to-be had also change to a new company in Dec and we are grateful that HDB let us through when we appeal aft they rejected our application. Now that we have not effect 2nd appointment and get the house key. Will there be any problem if I resign? I am worried that when the payment start to process, the loan department will do a profile search and found out that I actually quit. Then they start to give us problems. = /

Ossify quick eye ar ! yes cause we had the impression that reno-contractors dun install windows =p , which is why we separate it from the renovation quote. Selection between bestview or normal depends on budget. I had review the quote again and update as I also realized that jobs on wall tiles for kitchen and the bathroom were not listed. Like to ask regarding to digital locks. Since the size is bigger than normal, does it crash in with the metal gate? I think I am so excited with a digital lock that I forgot abt my metal gate hee =P guess still need to carry a key for the metal gate's lock

view for around 1 month, we lock on a unit at our 3rd day of flat viewing.. took me a while to agree to pay COV of 35k ( around 2 days ) But ownder withdraw sale...... after that we spot the same unit advertise under a diff address. this time round owner settle at cov of 40k .....expensive..... in the first place we wanted to look around slowly.. but thats my side only.. my bf and parents are very certain on wat they want when they see it. -
