I bought the items at seperate location and i didn't like the tactics used by the 2 different salesperson.. one was very long winded.. even if confirming the bed frame colour, he insist we visit his showroom when he is around.. the other one is just plain sales.. once signed.. its bye bye. Some people might like it though.. If only they have a inbetween..

went to visit our hse over the wkn.. becaue our flooring was concrete base, we decided to listen to ID suggestion to hack away all the tile so that the flooring will be even ID is really a nice and responsible chap.

thats good news.. S&C should have the same model at cheaper price.

If the shop u visited is funiture HQ.... then i suggest you dont call S&C since the deposit already paid... just enjoy your sofa when it arrives.

Hi Fencer, Cheer up! I believe you will engage an ID the next time round.. Some of the ID are not really expensive. Take review from forum with a pinch of salt. There are always over zealous support of a certain brand , person, service because they have experienced good service or huge discount. There might even be $$ involved when a referral is done. You reminded me of myself when i purchase my first car, everything has to be to my expectation. In the end ,I became so frustrated and sold the car off in about 10 mths time. Its your own house, your money and the person should be serving to your expectation or at least to a state whereby both party can compromise. Relax abit and enjoy your new house. I hope I did not offend anyone. Cheers.
