i got mine from fabian at audio culture for slightly more than 1.3k.. including cables and installation.. KEC got a more value for money set at 1350 excluding cables and installation.. with higher range speakers.. look ard adelphi .. many shops..

Finally settled with an Onkyo 607 with the Ms carnival 5.1 speaker system.. consisting of carnival 1,5 and 7.. for the surround speakers, is it better to wall mount , place on stand or bracket? The uncle was telling me to wall mount using L-shape hook.. confuse...

anyone bought veneer door from sen tat trading at AMK?

think its either the free aircon, free cabinet or the discount.. if im not mistaken, they allow u to take multiple package.. if u take kitchen + resale package, then i think u entitle to 2 gifts.. better call them to verify..

well, we have always intended to have the dinning in the kitchen and have a big spacious living room.. im sure your ID/contractor should be able to provide good feedback.. dont worry

nope.. they dividing the kitchen.. dinning table is in the kitchen..

Told my ID to appeal already.. hope can get it approved.. He was really optimistic loh, he said this makes renovation more interesting because you might get even more ideas when things dont go your way..

they say its reinforce concretee.. anyway, tm trying to appeal.. hope can be approved

Same here, the pics in the sale of balance flat did not show the drop in height for our living room.. very frustrated because the hacking is not approved.. now have to redesign the whole kitchen..

the 3D drawings not as nice as yours though.. eventhing else ok.. except HDB did not approve the hacking of the wall between the living room and kitchen.

Looks good.. we wanted a glass divider but ID said enough space for the shower screen.. hope it works in the MBR ... the common toilet is even smaller.... You bought a unit below the common corridor as well right? saw the same drop down in your living room and bedroom.. did you meet any rejection from HDB for hacking of the wall between the living room and kitchen? mine was not approved

maybe u can consider roller blinds...

wow.... didnt know the toilet will be big enough for a bathtub... our ID say even shower screen also got problem...

20ft top and bottom? if top and bottom, will be 40 ft total. think they charge $100+ per ft... so its about right...

3D drawing received some partial drawings frm ID yest.. but its not really to our liking.. so now have to wait for another "new version" tiles went Hafary for tiles selection tdy.. MBR toilet supposed to have another darker shade for mbr wall but they've run out of e sample alr.. living room

mine is sale of balance flat from hdb.. need 2 weeks for the 3d drawing.. hope to start before May..

I didnt choose them because i need to cut budget.. adrian is really a nice guy with lots of idea.. those that choose him are in good hands
