To Mr K and Kelvin, My wedding is this Sat and I have already planned for the ceremoney to be held at my new house. This morning, we noticed water coming out from the Washing machine base and have taken some pictures. If this problem persist, we will not be able to hold the wedding there.

so many weeks have passed.. no sign of any letters. Its funny how the word lawyer is often brought up in the renovation world even when the work is not nicely done up by the contractor. Good luck and happy renovating to those whom have signed up with my ID or the firm he is working with.

hi Idealistic, I think the posting might have been deleted because there is no concrete proof to support the claim. If you compare to some other IDs, they are still ok. They will still entertain you despite making the final payment. I will not be posting until my case is over. They claim that the case has been escalated to their company lawyer. Best way to bring down the cost is to control your temptation. For me, i excluded the shower screen because toilet too small and you need to really maintain it because the water will dry up and you will see spots.

1) Laminated flooring for one bedroom x 2 ( about 700 per bedroom? ) Yeah, about $700 2) Air-con system 3 -about 2k plus installation? depending on brand, 2k should be mitsubishi , u can try LG , should be cheaper 3) Typical 4 room flat with labour and wiring of existing lighting point including a rough cost of all the lightings? Maybe around 1k? lights should cost about 1k depending on how many downlights, covelights etc.. 4) Hob n Hoob - about 500? if u looking at slim hood.. 5) kitchen sink on the kitchen cabinet. $200 should be enough 6) Tempered glass shower screen for one toilet x 2? $500 7) Does a standatd BTO flat include toilet basin & sink in the master bedroom toilet? if not how much does it cost to install one on avg? Should have , if not $200-300 can get better looking ones 8) Price of avg cost of 2 instant heater for two toilet $300

which other ID have u talk to? maybe u can try CJ ambience or Baroque.. they looks ok to me too.. but CJ's price is abit on the high side.

Thanks.. u are Adah's husband? Before we decided on Ideal House electrician, we have already informed Kevin and also send him the intruction for Opennet. He did not tell us they dont know how to do. In fact we have told him the point should be next to the tv point and to prepare the conduit. He told us that they do not know how to install opennet. If i remember correctly, after all the wires had been laid. I relented because of his promise to help us during the installation. Seems like its no help at all because we cant have opennet at our TV. If you ask me, I dont think its because they dont know how to install. How difficult is it to prepare a conduit? Anyone has any experience? Then he put the blame on the size of the opennet box. I am sure if he can call to check the dimension instead of saying things like no space in the console etc when the design could have been changed to facilitate the opennet since the carpentary is not due at that stage. All kind of excuses.

trying my best to calm down already. Can you imagine time and time again he said the house is ready for hand over and the touch up is not even done? Mr K have to come personally to check the site because i was so frustrated with the workmanship as no touch up was done. Mr K admitted that the touch up was not done. Here i am trying to ensure Kevin earn $$ from my project and all I've got is a huge disappointment. This has got to be the worst experience. I have made my final payment and I am regretting it now. Pure Rubbish is what I am getting now.

People, please think twice before engaging Kevin. 1) Our house was delayed for more than a month. He told us at least 3-4 times that his staff is there doing touched up but not much work was done. He still wanted to hand over the house to us. We told him we are not going to make the final payment because the touch up was not done. Thats when he got Kenneth to visit our house. During the visit, we hear from Mr K himself that the house is not touched up yet. 2) Opennet installation. We informed and even emailed kevin to prepare the conduit for opennet net and informed him it should be connect near Tv point. When the electrical work is done, he told us Ideal House has NO EXPERIENCE in Opennet, even Mr K has no experience and assure us he will help us during the installation. Hence we relented since everything is already up. Today was installation day, and because there is no conduit, the opennet cannot be installed to the Tv. He has the cheek to say he told us before he is ''not sure'' how to Opennet runs the cable and he is helpless even if we contact him for 10-20 years. He must have forgotten about the instructions we sent him from Opennet and also us telling him to install next to the TV point 3) some of the paint and ceiling work at kitchen wall has already cracked 2 screws ( i believe it was wrongly screwed because its not holding on to anything) was exposed. He told my wife that they did not touch up that place . Good thing we have before and after picture to show. 4) Painting work rectify a few time still got uneven patches. If u still want to engage him, ensure he write all your request and places to touch up down.

budget of <2k can set a setup a adelphi.. i got mine onkyo 608 + ms short series speakers for less than 1.5k.. look around... i wont recommend u the shop i go to because they are not very honest. other shop besides KEC is Alpha audio.. they quoted me the lowest price for the 608 but i already booked with another shop.

everyone has an agenda lah, depending on which salesman you talk to.. they will tell u the brand they selling is the best.. call this number 6508 4600, try arrange for weekdays.. I'm quite surprise the sales staff never inform you anything on the demo. My brandt were bought at 2 different shop, both of them told us about the demo.

The reno has delayed for a month and the touching up was still not done, SMS ID that the carpenter id doing S.H.I.T.s and ID arrange for Mr K came to our place to inspect the workmanship. He will arrange for the worker to finish up the work before the lunar 7th month , cross my fingers because after that will be very busy with my wedding...
