Yeah same here......i had this problem too the buyers w/o agents come and they don't seem serious or they wanna view it like next week etc, so i was quite okay with co broke...wahahha of cos some agents did call me up asking to represent me as the buyers when i said i was a direct seller which was a mistake and hence said i too am an part time agent for a week haha. Today ...i had 6 missed calls, 12 smses...all confirming today's viewing but i replied to everyone that unit been sold ytd..... Great to know that ur flat is sold too.......
  4. Yup 20k COV. Lots of viewers...no choice other agents kept calling hence i decided to say okay to co-broking. Didnt know that this place so hot and became even more urgent once govt decided max loan at 80% At least mine can still go for 90% so buyer just buy liao.... just sell.. Cos once if 80% ....lots of PR may have headache....60k+20k + agent fee + stamp fee = like a whopping 85k ?

  12. I too have an agent that helped me all the way when i rented 2 rooms at punggol. He drives a van so he knows i need to buy 2nd hand stuff and offered to help me deliver them to the house w/o costs In total he drove 4 trips to and fro and lastly he was at my house when i sent some furniture from ikea and some ebayer directly to my house to receive them.   14. Hi all, Ever since the valuation report is out. I had so many calls...my apologies to the forumer that came down thinking it was a 3'NG' and instead it was a 3'I'. Valuation report i got was from online and didnt mention what type. I think you know i am not an agent.... Alright latest update, Have bought a new Sim CArd from 7-11.. and called to advert for this saturdays papers.

  16. 31st Jan 2010 First viewing, another agent (someone gave my no to!) who agreed that will not take comms from me brought 3 potential buyers to our unit (bearing in mind the Valuation report is not out) the amount we asked sorta match their prices.....but all waiting for the report..... There are 3 units going for sale on my block and mind being the highest floor and near a small "hall" was deemed the fav among them however....i don't trust agent words lar from what i read....
