hmm, most of the prices are around 10% higher than what i ve seen. Just a thought though, do you really need 57 lighting points in your house? that means that you have 57 downlights or PLC lights. I think sometimes you can install T5 cove lights (thin fluorescent lights that hide inside false ceilings). Personally i think i gives a good ambience feel and its much cheaper and energy efficient. By the way if you have 1 length of cove lights stretching acoss the living room, you only need 1 lighting point to activate that section. Although i think he may not charge you 28 dollars for 1 point, but it's way cheaper. Try to think through your lighting requirements first before asking for further discount. That way you can save more.
