In the end heritage did deliver my stuff on monday morning..

paisey..installation fee is $45.. =p The agent will come tomorrow..hopefully my husband manage to get his contact no.

cost me $185 (fan cost) + $45 for wall regulator because i dont want to use the pull string + $40 to get agent to install so total cost me $270 My Id dont want to install fan.. he said it is difficult to install fan because need to make sure it is straight..no sound..etc so better to find someone specialize to install and that special person cost me $40.

ID suggest water based sealant. He already painted 1 coat of paint + water based sealant. I told him long time ago i wanted oil based sealant because i experience moisture problem on my wall which town council already settled for me. It is the town council guy that suggested oil based sealant. So should i insist on wanting my oil based sealant ? Does it really make a difference or just let it go since he already painted 1 coat of paint + water based sealant. If next time i want to paint the wall myself can i buy oil based sealant and DIY?

Now my ID tell me after plastering CANNOT apply oil based sealant because there will be bubbles after oil based sealant is being applied and he tell me water based one also the same.. So it is true that after plastering cannot use oil based sealant???

Difficult to bend meaning still can be bend? Because i still see my SS water pipe being able bend at some area. Other area they have to use joint..

What is the maximum length of a water pipe without joint? My water pipe run across my dinning area and there are 4 joints.. distance of each joint is less than 1 metre... My contractor suggest box up so that it will cover the water pipe.. now the problem is not i want to box up anot.. now the problem is why is there soo many joint??? Why can't there be only 1 water pipe without joint to run across my dinning area... *angree*

angreee..... heritage bathroom gallery did not deliver my stuff as promised... They mention they will deliver it between 12-2pm on sat.. called them at 1.45pm ask them how come still havent deliver.. told me can change timing to 3-4pm anot.. i told them i will not be around during that time.. compromise to 2.30pm... In the end, the driver called at 2.30pm and say his van broke down at Aljunied.. I die die need them to deliver on monday morning coz the pumbler will be there on monday to insist all the stuff... Driver told Mr J he will be delivering the stuff on monday 10am.. hopefully nothing will go wrong.. i very scare they will fly me kite again.. ARGH~~~~!!!
