Now lets look at the common toilet and the master bedroom Common toilet is actually very long but I only zoom to the toilet bowl and the shower area. Most prob i will put my washing machine into the toilet area and separate it into dry area and wet area. Master bedroom Master bedroom toilet The room on the left is the master bedroom, the 2 common rooms are on the right.. store room right in the middle. how about quality of the tiles? Does china tiles have more quality problem?

I guess asianms covers almost all the grounds already. Just rem that dont trust agent 100%.. do your homework and know what you want.. know the market so that you know whether your agent is telling the truth or not.. And if you feel that the agent is not working hard enough for you..change another agent..dont feel paisey.. since you will be paying for the commission.

reno plans??? same lor the majority i suppose.. take this time to look ard for quotations.. need to get FS master to look at the place after i got my keys as well.. Budget??? hopefully less than 40K excluding buying of items and electric works.. the place is in need of an overhual.. i dont know my budget enough anot..

Finally went through our 1st appt.. was told by our agent that most prob the 2nd appt will be in early to mid march.. HDB very nice ley.. they left $50 inside our CPF OA.. after sweeping everthing .. :blea Below is our floor plan.. basically we still don't know what to do to the house.. still open to any suggestions.. We only know that the house is in need of an overhual.. as it is in its original condition.. 20++ years old design Will try to take some photos of the house when we are going for inspection just before the 2nd appt.. in the mean time.. we will visit IDs/contractors...get some quotations and also visit show flats for more ideas..

I heard this from an HDB officer when i went for the resale seminar some time back. Buyer agreed to let seller family stay after completion date due to good will. Seller's daughter hang herself in the master bedroom. So what can the buyer do since the 2nd appt has already been completed and the house is legally his??? LL lor..
