Seem so different from my experience today..who is the boss? Forgot to get their namecard..

I just went to Poh Seng during lunch time. All their prices are quoted with GST and i was served by a guy who has average service quality. When i asked if the gst can be waived off, he said the prices are all inclusive of gst and they are resonably priced.. Was abit disappointed..Does anyone face this situation too? When we pay for the items at the counter, will the gst be really waived off? P/S: The lady seem more approachable and friendly..Didnt manage to ask her abt the gst though.. I had also dropped by GR link, the sales (guess it's benny) was more more friendly and more willing to give advise..but price wise, it is few dollar more ex. The shop has slightly more elaborate design items.. Can someone share with me abt Poh Seng?

Still abit worried..esp dunno if there are going to be alot of additional top-ups..something like hide now and ask u to top-up later after u sign.. I have to say that so far, the person we spoke to during the past few sessions was quite nice.

Hi, I went to them for quote and now considering of taking them up for my 5room. Can anyone who had engaged them previously share ur exp with some pics? I am abit hesistant..dunno how are their designing skill... Is this a company that always has hidden cost? ie: now the quote did not quote for some items and later he will say that these are necessary and we will need to top up.. Hi I am also looking for a contractor/ID.. Have not decide on the options. Will like to hear from 2. Will all ID bring u to their private source of supplier? Cant i just get them to draw 3D for me and we source for our materials? Is it really cheaper in that way? As i am on budget..+ new into these. I am going to reno my 5 room in HG.
