Hi, I have a dilemma now..currently my family is staying at Kallang but my parents are going to buy a flat at Hougang Ave 7. This is bcos the current Kallang flat belongs to my grandmother and uncle. Personally i would like to stay in kallang, but my parents are the decision maker. How should i advice my parents? 1. Buy the Kallang flat over from my grandmother and uncle? 2.
