May I know where is this ah soon from? Is it from H2O interior renovation? This Ah soon that I know of is a contractor.....

I'm still getting quotations from IDs and contractors. So far only 2 got back to me. I think the rest are very busy that's why they have not replied me. Will be going to see another one tonight.

Was told on 1st appointment that key collection would be on 30th dec but till now still no letter from HDB. Emailed the person yesterday and was told that they are still processing as ours is a contra. Haiz.... so still not confirmed if we'll be able to collect the keys on 30th....

Hey I just bought a 5 room flat also. It has the same layout as yours! I am still searching for ID/ contractors also. I feel that generally ID charge alot more. So planning to get a good contractor.
