Orh yah, btw, my ID came back and said that the black solid top for kitchen are hard to maintain. The stain mark will be very obvious by hot object. Thought I told him last time already? So he suggest we changed to white or something close to white, and I let him decide. keke Without the black solid top, the white cabinet wont look so outstanding anymore. Let's see what he can come out with.

We thought of that too, but ID said it will not look good, and hiding half the aircon inside wasnt good for future maintenance, so had to drop that idea. Another method is to had the aircon trunking run along the walkway to living, which is very ugly, so in the end choose to sacrifice loh. This is one of the miscalculation from ID too, and our living area are really limited esp if we want to avoid those trunking from showing up. Hopefully the lightings can still do it, and I still have another piece of mirror right opposite, so might not be that bad. As for crystal turning to ice, ID suggest to adjust the aircon flip to blow at lower level instead of blowing up. Good info there El nino!! I didnt know abt that aircon specs thingy. Is it same across all brands of aircon?? So which aircon did u get? And what kind of combination? Yeah...got free pesticide per visitors. We need those pesticide, coz both of us are scared of cockroaches. Wahahah

The ugly piping journey continues. Out to the walk way outside MBR to common room The only plus point is all piping are in common room and MBR toilet. Hopefully it wont be so obvious after painting.

Day 22 Aircon installation day My huge aircon in living. Suppose to place it under the false ceiling, but due to some water level thingy, aircon man advised us to place the top level. Now its blocking my crystal dining light against the mirror. 18k BTU, wonder if it can cool my living.

He really workaholic i tell u...spend most of his time in office rather than at home. That time when he proposed carpet for my rooms, I told him he should start using it at his own house, so that he can show his client mah. He said he wont spend so much on his own house. haha Think he only get satisfaction on others house but not his own house. I didnt hear his phone ring leh. We were at my site for aircon installation today. Post some pic later.

Ic, thought u would prefer your prev ID from Intra. But probably true if u want to avoid similar design from your last home. Think u got to tell her in advance? My last quote from Summit are very close to CLC although each offer different things and idea. CLC uses only the floor plan to quote as they feel that the floor plan measurement are actually very close to site. Anyway, they will have credit and debit note after the real site measurement.

He say alot of his contractor already buay tahan his high standard request already. haha Anyway, as long as we benefit, then I will just keep my mouth shut. keke Orh, he is going to throw in a mirror for me at the shoe cabinet as he think it will be nice to reflect the big dining mirror to this small mirror. And it also adds light to dining area during day time. Happy happy
