yah..same feeling, if just plain wall and that cabinet is abit funny. Now with wall paper more ok, later when light installed, i believe it will be even better! Eh..not sure abt the cost of wall paper wor, price all included into the tv console. Wall paper length should be 12ft in length, then full height should be ard 8.5ft bah. That small panel of wall paper at kitchen was to my surprise also. Finalizing all my furniture this wkend. Got really not a bad deal I think. At least save alot $ compared to buying in SG. Overall damaged = $2900 3m fabric L-shape sofa Dining table with 4 chairs Coffee table Carpet Magazine rack Study table chair Another no stock issue, wanted to get this chair for dining, but got to wait for 2 mths. In the end, give up and chose another similar but smaller and in black. Good thing is, maintenance wise dont need to worry so much.

Your electrical work are on a high side as well. Do consider outsource or dont do rewiring if your house is not that old. Anyway, u should enjoy the whole process instead of worrying! I also overstretched my budget, yet I'm enjoying. haha

haha..thanks!! Actually the pic looked abit blur due to the sunlight and my lousy cam. The real thing look more outstanding, better than I thought. I only have down light for living, but to make the wall paper stand out, there will be 2 warm downlight at the side, and T5 top and bottom of my console, so hopefully the full picture will be good! My wardrobe door are sliding mirror with 1 black stripe at middle. I havent got a clear pic of that door yet, as ID will take care of the design, while we select the color. Ferguson finally going to retire huh? I wonder if he take over ManU, will there be a chaos. haha U are right that he seem not to be able to control the ball.
