Hihi I didnt look at Feng Shui wor, but I did abit of research in RT, and there are pple sayin that mirror for dinner and living is good. Mirror for dining will double up your food, and in living will double up your joyous! Not sure zhun or not lah..haha. Somemore my mirror facing main door, dont know good or not also. Maybe double up my entrance for more cai shen to come in...wahaha

Orh, not that they cant wait, they just want to have enough time for both parties. U should tell them that u are not in a hurry to move in and your reno start date can be push back, if not they will base on your reno start date and calculate backwards the time required to settle all stuff. I also got promo items leh..haha But I think those are their marketing gimmicks lah, even if u sign after that, i'm sure they will still give u those offered prices. Even now when we are in mid reno, we are still bargaining for cheaper prices and discount which he did give us abit, and throw in freebies. No hurry in confirmation.

Hacking wall will take abit longer for permit to go thru. From wat i know from ID, it could take up to 2wks-4wks depending on which wall u hacking. PE mayb needed also depend on your top and bottom neighbour if they are hacking the same wall as well. The flat cant support if everyone hacking the same wall. Like my rooms wall, lucky no need PE, if not have to pay like 500-600 for PE endosment.

The reason why he say 2 months b4 reno, so that u have ample of time for the 3D, color, tiles selection and finalized most stuff etc Then he will then be able to concurrently do all his reno stuff. The pre-drill hole are those typical one on most speakers as can be seen in the manual. Thinking of just getting a screw with a bigger head plus putting on a rubber band to aviod any abrasion to the speakers. But for the back one, thinking of using those hook type, and screw on the Lbox, u think able to handle the speaker?? the speakers are relatively small for the back one.
