Sammie jie, u sure u didnt mistaken that as a casket?? keke My ceiling fan upz already, and it is not those short type one. With my hands all stretched out, my fingers can actually hit the fan. So will feel quite insecure, esp me and my wife are quite tall. But those short type one, usually only come with 3 flaps, which I have concern for their power.

I think to be fair to them, I'm ok with this clause and dont expect them to come down immdiately unless is very serious issue like water leaking.

Anyone went to the Audio House exhibtion today?? I went early early, trying to see my TV got cheap or not! Disappointingly again, the price are just so stubborn to go down. In the end, I bought it, as it happen to be lelong lelong my model when I reached. haha They lelong lelong 3 sets only, yet nobody grab. So I slowly raised my hand (in hesitant as well) and they grab me. wahaha I got my Philips 42" 7409 at $1299, with 3 yrs warrenty, wall bracket & mounting, HDMI cable, $100 philips vouchers, free delivery. Next Sat coming. Price not dropping, only freebies got better.

Actually, I dont like to go to fair, coz they are very aggressive. I merely send quote from the RT source, and met them outside. I rem after I confirm my ID, I passed by a fair in expo, and saw simon's cellini sofa, so went in to walk 1 round. And there are so many big reno co, with at least 5-7 pax (dont know is it Id or salesperson, as they all look so young), keep pestering us to go to their booth. I feel so intimated, and quickly make my way out of the fair. I guess if I didnt had an ID on hand that time, innocent me will have place a deposit. haha Got another incident happen to my friend, he paid 800 deposit in a fair to CesseXXX, after that he regretted and wanted to cancel. But they forbid him to cancel, and wanted to sue him for cancelling, if he dont pay up the 10%.

So the best time to confirm ID is around beginning of June, so that u have ample time to confirm your design and source for the necessities. I'm also a reno newbie, and learn alot from here. Yup yup, I am trying to say exactly what wcseow meant. The pressure need to up the water to the shower needed is more than the handheld, if shower got power, handheld sure no issue. The water output power I think depends on alot of other factors. What I heard is, depending the area u live, the floor u live (the higher the less power, as it need to drive water up to the top floor?) etc. And if u want rain shower, must go for galant heater instead of instant heater. Instant heater no power for normal handheld shower. So, it really depends on abit of luck i think. I also bought it risking it without any power. keke

I got it at a shop in IMM, i think is hoe kee. Got it at 400+. I thought usually pple would worry abt the rain shower water strength instead of the handheld?? I didnt try the handheld, would assume if the rain shower got enough power, the handheld should be good enough.
