My contractor charge me $460 for the gate, so his company will earn so $ and outsource the gate to those window's contractor. My bedroom door cost $310 for veneer door. U r smarter to get another contractor to do the windows and gate.

I have call my ID change to SS instead. He said ok. Luckily I call in time. The initial the ID quote for the electrical switches are normal type. But I want to change to those rocket switches like Clipsal or Legrand. Are you using those rocket switches for your new house ?

Hi Trust7780 Thanks for your reply. My dad is very tempting to get from All Best because of the pricing and the salesman is friendly as he will be the one paying. So I told him what you guys told me and even got photos to prove about All Best. We have decided to get from GC and GC outdoor sales guy will be coming to my house to talk about it tmr. All Best is just giving $160 air-con vouchers and every air-con unit can only use $10 vouchers at one time, it simply useless ! GC is giving $200 NTUC vouchers so more worth it.

GC prices are fixed. My parents will be paying for the installation, so better be safe I will get from GC. If not anything happen, I will be blame. Reliable and good workmanship is more important than pricing.

Hi noobhouse Some even have photos to prove that All Best workmanship are bad. Insulation some far I hear of Armaflex , Thermaflex , T-flex and totalline. When you go to different company , they will said the insulation they are using is excellent. Anyone have any idea which brand insulation is good quality ?

Hi ducatiwins24 Thanks for your reply. Today I went to Courts MegaStore (Tampines), the sales guy told me mitsubishi electric system 4 max is 26000 btu. He recommended me Fujitsu(33oooBTU COmpressor) than mitsubishi (26000 BTU Compressor). As Fujitsu will cool the room faster and save electricity. So is it true ? As for the 3 x 10000 btu and 1 x 26000 btu for living room , total will be 56000 btu ? Then Mitsubishi can max up to 26000 , then why the total become 56000 btu ? I am new to it don understand, could someone please explain ? thanks
