  1. I agree with Radha. Singapore is land-scarce. If you buy FH/999 landed and willing hold during downturn cycle, sure profit swee-swee. Profit margin about 30% in a year is good, the big question is what can u buy to "work" the $$ after that?
  2. Thanks for the recommendation. Collection looks nice online. Price still a bit hmm....
  3. Check out bonjour odyssey. Looks like a local company. PM plz if you do find that it's good
  4. Decided to buy the dunlopillo new royal premier instead. The missus and I really liked the soft pillow top with supportive springs below. Got it at $2k for the other forumers reference. The slumberland tempsmart 1600 feels more supportive but not as plush.
  5. If you find out where and wanna do a group buy, plz pm me
  6. My experience is you need to have a good idea of how much the lights cost cos some ID's get commission via the shop overcharging you. Having said that I was willing to pay a bit more for my tube lights as the ID recommended shop's quality was better.
  7. NRB 464 something...something? Haha I got that one too. Hope it'll last 15 years like my parent's panasonic.
  8. Bro, I got my stuff from Mega as well. No regrets. The odd 1 or 2 items may be cheaper else where but the overall bundle is priced attractively. And the customer service from the salesman that served me is excellent. In any case, do your homework and ask them to match price.
  9. Contractor to cut costs and if you have the time to coordinate and have a design idea in mind. ID if you want a more hands-off service with space/lifestyle maximization but costs more. With my busy schedule, couldn't have done without my ID. He even helped with electricity connection, collecting white goods as they are being delivered.
  10. Where is this sale? I'm interested in getting a another magic koil. Owned one for a year, supposed pocket spring system. Personally find it very good for the price you pay. My last mattress sagged after a year due to my weight. Sealy...serta, that's another kettle of fish.
  11. $160 where? I bought mine for $188. Grrr...
  12. Check out Tangs and Taka when the have sales if you're not in a hurry. Think Tangs had some promotions last weekend. It's possible to get WMF 18/10 stainless steel half price or a zwilling set for ~$100.
