Does ID note have a website? I tried to yahoo them but cannot find...

Around 6-7 months. Basically, we started in Feb and finally found what we wanted in Aug. The first 2 months was more of learning about ourselves, learning about what we really want. Personally, its different writing down what we wanted and seeing the flats in person. Missed out 1-2 good deals as we were indecisive then.

I think saying that the price reflects everything is putting it a bit too general. For example, no point paying a premium to get a flat near a famous school if you do not intend to have children. (Just an example) Afterall, you are spending quite a sizable amount into it. You need to consider if the flat fits your lifestyle and preference. Of course you need to put in consideration of how much u want to spend on renovation (which is a mistake I did not consider and is fretting over now). If it does and you don't need to pay COV, then i think its buyable.

Hi newshopper, did you use them in the end? Spoke to one of the ID, seems quite nice and friendly but is there any one who used their services before? Can share? =)
