Think it's quite interesting to listen to different IDs' ideas too! We got some ideas during our selection process and now we can propose some of those to our ID. I used budget cleaning services. Not the cheapest but at least not the fly by night ones. Can ask them to search for part-time maids for your budget. i paid slightly higher cos my mum is a bit fussy and wants some handwashing of clothes.
