We signed up with them last 2007.. as per our experience, their quotation looks cheap at first but once you sign -up, all hidden costs will resurface! Our sales person that time was Sylvia Ho and his boss named Eddie.. It was really a headache working with them and such a nightmare as per our first experience in owning a house... I hope prospective clients for this firm will really do research on them first before signing up.. goodluck for those who trust NW.. I have a new place and I definitely won't get NW... now i also sourcing for a good renovator.. so sad, i can't find a good genuine comment in this portal..

I actually went to expo and so that "species" furnishing and the sales person before are the same as the ones who served me in Furniture Club... I bought my dining set , sofa and 2 beds from them... as per my experience, they and their products are not trustworthy.. after sales is really, really, really bad! for matress, don't buy JG Nino brand! i have been following up complain to them for almost 2 months now and still no concrete replies...

i also want to know where is S&K? i want to buy so many things for my new place.. I bought my stuff now from furniture club and i think it is so pricy and not worth it! my beds, matresses, sofa and dining set are from them... hay... they told us that it was all genuine leather (chirs and headboard) but it is just PU (softer PVC)... we were newly weds back then and was so inexperienced as to knowing materials and price ranges... after sales service really sucks! two years ago, all their matresses are all JG Nino brand... now i think is Morfeus.. but then the JG Nino is not good and FC don't even help us for our complain... I saw some of the sales person in FC are now in the other furniture company called "Species"... specifically the guy named "Leslie"... hay... they are not trudtworthy as what we have experienced! For my new place, i'm looking at buying cheaper stuff and just use them for 1-3 years at most then buy a new one... For renovation, anybody who have feedback using U-Home interior design firm?

not to undermine furniture club but i bought my dining, sofa and bed from that shop from 2007... they assured me that the dining seat is genuine leather as well as my bedframe headboard.. for two years, all metal components are rusty now, the leather turned out to be synthetic or PU & PVC anfd the JG Nino brand of matress i bought is defective... the after sales service really sucks! the fabric sofa always have feathers comming out upto now and is very poorly sewned!i called them to help me complain for the defective matress since the sales person named "Doreen" of JG Nino is not receptive regarding my case, it has been almost 2 months now and still no action... unfortunately, the Furniture Club customer service named Nicholas already resigned from the company and now, i'm back to square one from complaining... The sales person before in Furniture Club was "Leslie" and the last reno showcase in expo, i saw him but he is now in another company called "Species" also selling the same furnitures... As per my experience, i wouldn't recommend Furniture Club and the Species cause i think the prodect and the sales persons are not trustworthy... I really regret getting my furnitures from them... Hay..
