Please don't chase me anymore about your projects. Now that I am no longer working for U and B, I have nothing left. I really have no more personal finances to help you finish up anymore much as I hate to say this. I have worked so hard this half a year and ended up with nothing. It is very important to choose correctly who you work with. It has not been good for me these past weeks, much as it is not good for the customers with U and B. Being scolded by 50 phone calls everyday is something nobody likes. Moving forward, I will need to restart from scratch. I will not have a company nor will I have resources. However, I still am experienced in the renovations, and I hope I can use this to help others. If you are interested in doing renovation projects, I can still help. You will not sign contract with me, but you can engage me to be a project manager. - I can help you see what you need and introduce you to the right sub-contractors. - I will show you the COST PRICES on engaging the subcontractors and help you engage them. - I can help to plan their schedule. - You will not pay me for the renovations, but you will pay the sub-contractors directly for their job - there is less risk for you. Without the finances from U and B, I cannot continue to finish up the rest of the jobs. Already I have used up all my money to finish up some of your renovations independent from U and B but am not getting paid for it. I don't know what else I can do. Please contact Florence to finish up the jobs. The only thing I can do is to link you up to the other subcontractors to finish your job but this will be independent from the contract you have signed up with U and B.

There are currently some internal conflicts between me and Florence in U and B, and I have been hopping mad last weekend. This conflicts include operation styles and the handling of finances. My conflicts with U and B will probably end up in a split. We expect this to be finalized in 1-2 months. For existing customers, we will settle your renovations as a first priority, thank you. I or Florence will have either contacted you or am trying to contact you to settle your renovations. Either I or Florence will handle each project to bring your renovations to completion.

Dear Everybody, I am receiving too many calls from clients of of other contractors asking me for help to complete their half-done projects. I have helped 7-8 of their clients to finish up their renovation projects and this has affected my own projects. Let me make it clear that I do not want to be in anyway related to Fu Hua Interior (Ah Soon) and Beng Fong Reno (another Jason Goh) and I am not responsible to help them finish up whatever jobs they have not done for their clients, or whatever promises they have promised to their clients. Also, it is good to take up a licensed HDB Contractor so that you will have less problems with your renovations. Jason Goh

Hi Dsman, Congrats to your wedding on Friday! Sorry I was too busy to go down on Saturday for your banquet. Your renovations I rush rush finish most stuff, now left only carpentry work. You can go for your honeymoon in peace. =) I will continue your carpentry and deliver by these few weeks. Sorry busy these few weeks, because I concentrate on kopi-o and Boeing3G's renovations. Hi Seashell, your inbox is full. My hands are tied as I am handing over several more homes this 1-2 weeks. BUT PM me your phone number and name, I will see what I can help you with, if you can wait a bit more. To be fair, I am having a lot of problem with Ah Soon. When I split from him, he owed me a lot of pay as well, and tried to prevent me from doing my own renovations by talking bad to suppliers about me. Now all his customers are calling me saying I am his brother and maybe can help. I seriously don't want anything to do with him. But you are in a very bad situation and I see what I can do. No promise though, because I don't want to break my promises like someone.

After the Ah Soon saga, I have some clients who are withholding the stage payment even though I have advanced their renovation stage and spent more than their initial payment to me. It is making my job difficult as I am putting more of my own money into their projects, and making my own credit tight. Sigh. I hope more of my customers will stand out and give their honest feedback about me. =)

I have several clients having new renovation projects in PINNACLE @ DUXTON. The get-key period from HDB should be in this month. It will be easier for me to do your project and I can almost guarantee ontime delivery of your house because 1) My team will all be in the same area, no need to round around Singapore so much. 2) Same period of work, so my supplier can delivery tiles and construction material at one time - I less headache in coordinating. 3) I less headache, so I can concentrate on doing your home up faster. 4) You can find me there most of the time because I got more projects there. Please CALL me about it if you are interested, because I am very interested in doing renovation projects there.

Hello everybody, I have a problem with sending out my quotations. The main problem of slow response is that I have TOO many quotations to reply to. I send out 50% of my quotations on time and the rest will delay 1-3 weeks. But most of the people asking for quotations are not interested and only asking for quotations to test the market, which makes it bad for the real people who are interested in signing up with me. They may see the delay in quotations. SO, if you are interested in signing up with me and I haven't reply to your quotation, please CALL me and chase me about it. I cannot think of a better solution, sorry.

Hi trustsome1, sorry I did not manage to do your project. You take my quotation and take it apart to do only the cheap works and tell me you let other contractor(s) do the others. I cannot meet your project requirements as it does not make sense for me to do it. Sorry bluewater we did not work out, I really too busy with my ongoing projects. I took too many projects for this period and i am trying to complete them with minimal delay. Hope you have a good renovation contractor. Hi CDweller, can I check who is this? Maybe you can reply to me via PM why you think I am unreliable. I try to keep my quality and promise all the time, but it is unavoidable sometimes I fail to meet expectations. Hope your renovations with Edmund from A-Decor is smooth. How is it so far? Do be understanding if he misses deadline by 1-2 weeks, because it is not uncommon. Sorry Seashell you had a very very bad experience with my brother ah soon. I have split from him since mid 2009 because I cannot stand his work style as well. At this moment, I myself am too tight trying to responsibly clear my commitments. I will not follow my brother's path as it is not my nature. Slight project delays, maybe, but DEFINITELY not more than 1 month! Hi Samdolmat, this is not uncommon in renovations. You will get this in most renovation projects. BigLady, sorry about this, project delays do happen. I will try to complete your renovation project soon so you will have a happy christmas in your new home. Howeas, I do not have 50 projects going on. =P My son and a helper help me out with email and quotations. I not material to stare at computer. My wife and PM are helping me to run the projects. I am also handling projects myself, on top of talking to clients and discuss quotations.
