Hi wendy8, I think the quote doesn't include price psf for the homogeneous tiles right? I'm going through this process as well now and saw on average ~$2.60 - $3.00 psf.

Going through the process of deciding between all-in-contractors or IDs now. Budget ~30K max. Hacking, 80% reno excl. flooring works. Any recommendations on ID packages between the 30K range? Hope someone could advise any IDs they've managed to engage within this range. Thanks!

I think if I'm not mistaken (kindly correct me if I'm wrong here), item (4) should accurately be described as "10% of Valuation price" instead? Since the cash portion would include herewith (5% of val price) + COV + others. Cheers!

My apologies to the TS if it seems that I'm hijacking this thread, but I'm in a similar situation...a true-blue green horn at renovation and interior designs. Gonna get the keys around May for a 5I resale. I'd say our requirements would need probably around 80% overhaul of the whole unit. Nothing too fancy...just a decent above average all-white theme. Wondering with a budget of 28-30K whether we should go for an ID for a peace of mind or go for those reno contractors? Appreciate the advice. Thanks!
