    how do you do the box up of the pipes in the mbr on the left? is it legal to box up pipes? thought that cant box up.. will your shower pipes etc be outside or concealed already?

    dear all, need some advice how to go about doing this...apparantly the installation in the block will be in Feb but i will only get the keys in March and the flat design hasnt been confirmed yet... so what should i do? just get them to install and move the points later? i read that the initial installation costs are free right?

    Hi ossify, just want to ask, your hacking finished and cleared on the 3rd day. but your 2nd contractor continued with hacking of kitchen floor tiles after that as per your post on day 5? what about wall tiles? a bit confused as to who is actually doing the hacking...1st or 2nd contractor... thought hdb only limit hacking to 3 days?

    hmm...number of tiles is calculated by the tiler? or in terms of area sqft? what was the wastage calculated by him? So if i get the tiles from the tile supplier, they will recommend the amount of grout and strips to buy i suppose? course i will not be able to estimate it...

    i have spoken to both ids n contractor and seems that their quotes are quite high or marked up. so i am thinking if i get it straight from direct supplier maybe cheaper... installation of 4 door frames already quoted 1k without doors... will the window supplier hack and remove the existing windows as well?
