Cant install my gate...cant hack and remodel my access wall....fangry... cant understand why HDB requires 2 months to process the purchase of an access area, that does not require shifting of any utilities...1 month for the guy to walk down and check...and another month for them to send the paper to the moon for approval ah.... if i knew they were so inefficient...i would have done it eariler.... Tiler got held back...due previous customer indecisiveness...lay and rehack...lay and rehack... bad week...hope it gets better.

Yeah bro, we are quite fortunate that the condition of the house was decent. Think tts very important that the house makes you feel good when u walk in for viewing. =D
-
Sure **** nice once the glass panel is in. =D From the picture, it seems that you blocked up the side of the stairs?

Got it at 535k, same area as yours =D

Thanks all for the support. EM is going to be a 2 storey Settler's Cafe, located in Tampines, very close to Kopi's Coffeeshop =D First saw the house in May, and 2nd appointment was in July. Thereafter, we rented out the house to the previous owner for 4 months and just got the house back early December, thus the renovation just started. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Thanks everyone, will be posting more pictures later.

Toliet wall tiles....that only old thing in the toilets. More of the stairs...love the railings =D Balcony We didn't like the concept of having to remove and clean the flooring below the wood in the kitchen/toilets/balcony (which was recently renovated and added in by the previous owners), plus the house requires plastering due rough wall surfaces. 2nd level flooring and toliet tiles are all from HDB, 20 over years ago. Therefore...its more or less total destruction of the house for renovation. The balcony had to go...zzz looks like a garden. Intending to get a roller shutter to make the balcony indoor. Special thanks to Familyof4 and Felixp, cant thank Felixp enough for all the help on the roller shutter enquiry. =D Rough plan of the house

Level 2....continued More of common Toilet Room 2 Room 3 MBR MBR Toilet The house is located in Tampines and the previous owners have just renovated the Kitchen and the level 2 toilets, thus they look quite nice =D

Level 2.... Along Corridor, showing the common toilet and the guest room Common Toilet more to come...getting sleepy...

Floorplan for our lovely Haven Some background on the property.....First chanced upon this lovely house on the 3rd of May '09. It was love at first sight for both of us and we closed the deal the very same day. The house is really bright and spacious, feels really cosy and make you wan to live it. LOL its just that "feeling" that its the right house. Some pictures of the house...you will catch my drift. =D Entering the door...the dining area. Open concept Kitchen Stairs...minimalist concept aka caveman concrete style Living room, with the previous owner Level 2....coming soon.

Just to start off this T-blog....

Yup, got a quote from them for 3.4k, due to a longer shutter required to cover the length of my balcony. Thanks a million on the contact! =D
