    IDs are supposed to assist you in building your dream house. You can help them by giving them some idea of what you have in mind. Then they can conceptualize for you.

    Are you thinking of tearing down the whole house and rebuilding it? I think ID can also do A&A, but I'm not sure if they can tear and rebuild the whole house. No harm calling them up to inquire. If you use architect, it will definitely be much more costly.
