Sigh, really don understand why got such inconsiderate people.... Heard the stories here, gosh....... guess mine consider peanuts. My downstair got 1 neighbour everyday turn on radio and TV early in the morn 5am plus!!! Imagine, even close the window you still can hear the TV sound. So sickening... never think of ppl still sleeping during tat time. Sorry, doesnt mean to be racist, but this neighbour is Malay. Sometimes not TV/radio sound, but is sembayang (praying) sound! sigh........ My upstair neighbour, like to drag their chair...... sometimes drill at ceiling at 10pm! Crazy right.........

my common bathroom floor tiles was similar too, but a bit regretted.... as it always show 'stain' after the floor dry up. It's just white patches everywhere, no matter how many times i clean my floor, it will dry up with white patches does anyone know how to help on this?

I got my Joven 25L water heater, so far working well and it get heats up within 5min. Sometimes even quicker. It doesnt cost me alot of $$, just remember to switch it off once it gets heated. As once the heater heats up, the hot water will remains there for at least few hours. So need not to switch on until the last person finish shower then turn off.... I'm using Rinnai 3 inner burner... superb! as Reiki told, the foods cook much faster and save gas... but 1 thing have to take note is, food easily get burn! Maybe i'm still not use to it yet... as the burner really work 2x faster than usual stove.. 1 more thing, the on off button, have to twist and hold and only release when you hear 'tick' sound. initially tried so many times but couldnt turn on the fire, it will just bounce back :S reiki, really have the auto shut thing?

Our house nicely done by Mr.K... fabulous work! We both satisfied with his ideas and work. Very fast-going person and always gave us surprise (for those we thought no ways to cover the ugliness of certain place). Haha......... very responsible ID as well. we went to MGL curtain to do our curtain... their quotes was very reasonable compare to market rates. and their services was great too... we have been few shops to get quote, we use the same material to quote, and MGL won it!

Hi there, Glad to find this thread! We intend to get System 4 too, yesterday went to GC, the sales guy told us we have only 2 choices to choose. Which is Hitachi or Mitsubishi Inverter. No other brand have Sys 4 in this market. And he claims that we have to use 22k for our Living Hall, else it won't be cold. The price he quoted us was: Mitsubishi Starmex Inverter 4 Model: MXY4A28 / MSXYGA10VA x 4 Cappacity 28000btu (9k x 3, 22k x 1) Price $3780 Include installation & upgrade piping = $4300 Need to ask advice, is what the sales guy said is true?
