    i was alarmed by e frequency n volume as well, n i will b staying at a relatively higher level. i was in e house 'supervising' e hdb contractors doing their finishin work on e defects. first time i was dere in e morning... i guess one will slowly get used to it? i hope?

    im interested to get a built-in oven for my new house, but really a nob in this. as it is a built in oven, will the heat from the oven affect surrounding cabinets and the things stored inside? wat are the not so advisable items to store in the surrounding cabinets near the built in oven..? also.. will it be difficult to change the built-in oven in case it is spoilt in future? hopefully will still be able to find an oven of the same width, height and depth.. TIA for the help

    Thanks for all e replies! Yup, 989D is e renovated one. Oh! din realise there is a provision shop at 988C. thanks for e info! Selection will only be in jan/feb 2010. Hope can get to select a unit at this area

    Got a queue no. and am looking at flats frm tis area! Hope to join the big family soon!! only 2 units to choose frm.. have gone for a 'site visit' but hope to have some advice frm fellow future neighbours blk 988c unit#653 - is the MBR window too close to the neighbouring window?? blk 989d unit#659 - MBR's view is fantastic! but rather small kitchen.. both have their pros n cons.. not sure which unit to choose.. (if i still get to choose when its our turn ) Hope to hear some advice frm u guys~~! TIA!
