is microwave + steam + convection really cheaper? http://www.courts.com.sg/Products/CourtsSt...s)/Default.aspx i see from panasonic 900 and above if have enough counter space can go for separate oven and microwave....100 + 200 only. (i don't have..) built in oven 600-700 + microwave 100-200...still cheaper than 3 in 1 if above pricing is correct. edit: hmm i just see one 799...but still not cheap

Hi , hdb doesn't do free screeding for areas u plan to do tiles. Only laminates/ wood or linoleum - according to the form la I read u still have 3 rooms , so your hacking (kitchen ) should not be affecting the screeding ... Unless u have laminates / parquet for living room ?

hi, in my experience, even though they say 4 weeks it's just the max. HDB told me the 'contractors were very busy', this was just before cny, but they were able to do it within a week or so. re- doing cement screed as soon as possible - not advisable if you want to hack your walls as the area previously taken up by walls need to be smoothened as well i made the 'mistake' of doing it before hacking (before engaging contractor really), he had to do up that portion (no extra cost...but still) heard from my neighbour that cement screed need to be dry before laying of laminates. so that will add to the delay as well....

yah very sad u can try to hijack the contractors when they do your neighbour's unit - my father did that and see if they have any good suggestions or maybe don't do. as don't think there is an use for it right now yet. or maybe do until the closest point to the 'outside', and next time when need to use then figure out. not very good, this idea . haha. -

but the termination box is supposed to connect to a tv (and also router). or will you be laying that cat5 etc cable already? routers could physically be placed in store room, however the 'reception' could be quite bad if you are using wireless to connect. -

i'm not sure what it means by bending the cable. it appears to have right angles - not sure how it is possible not to bend the cable, if bending means right angles. sorry for late reply, i just posted. have you done yours yet? -

sorry for late reply! didn't subscribe to this thread by email so never noticed. here is a pic - very blurry , crappy camera phone doesn't look very obvious here, but nevertheless sad as everything else was previously hidden by Lbox, console. closer look -
