u dont learn how to run job sites, how to solve problems, how to plan schedule, materials, how reno works in sch u want proper id go look for those in house designers that stay in office and dont go out to site

not really it all depend on the company policy set by the boss

dirt cheap price dosent mean good not bringing your id dosent mean cheaper as the sales person will still sell at the same price

40% is unfair high chance this company need $ to roll their RED account

because there are ppl out there who are unreasonable who refused to pay when things are done and they just keep finding faults one reason companies have to collect high percentage before completion is due to incase they meet such farkers they at least cover their costing and forgo the profit
