Hi, Anybody has tried hanging up wallpaper on your own? I am thinking of having wallpaper on one of my MBR wall but was shocked to find out the installation cost is about $300 even for just 1 wall. Anybody has DIY before or has any lobang for cheaper installation cost? Thanks!

Roy is currently renovating my house too... Altho he has no HDB license currently but that doesn't really bothers me much. Guess most of us go to Inzen previously because of Roy as he is reliable. He didn't pressure me to sign on any contract and he start on my design and job w/o any payment. I only pass him the 1st payment after hacking and wiring is done. But workmanship wise i cannot comment now... will update again when my carpentry is up.

Was happy with the decision as its so small and dark. Same as you, i really on a tight budget and trying to get all the reno done within 20k... request for abt 20 quotes and the ID i using now is one of the lowest and quite highly rave abt in this forum... cheaper than contractors... Glad that you manage to get such a good and honest ID too!

I have been lookin for this model in white too but i only manage to get this in silver at $999 at harvey norman which i'm already very happy with it. It comes with either $100 ntuc vouchers or a LG 19" LCD TV which i sold it at $200 so effectively i pay the fridge for $799 but its in silver... and i want a white actually...

Hi Ivy, The fsm i engage nobody mention about her in renotalk. anyway, she was saying that stove and sink should not be facing the door or opening. So if i hack away all the walls, the stove and sink will definitely facing the door or opening ma since no walls at all. Ask her got any "remedy" if i insist on hacking than she say no. she say got this ang mo customer also dun listen to her and hack the kitchen wall of his condo, end up his business immediately go downhill, his wife who is doing sales never close any deal for 2 months and their child keep falling sick also. The ang mo went back to her again for help ( i guess he build back the wall) and everything went back to normal. I so lost now leh...

Hi, i intend to hack away my kitchen walls to do up a open concept kitchen but my fsm mentioned that its not recommended as it will means money and luck will flow out easily. Is this true? Anybody has consult fsm before and have a solution to this? My kitchen is miserably small and dark so i would prefer to hack away the walls...anybody can advise? Thanks!

Hi, there's this warehouse having sales on carpet/rug range from 80+ to less than 200. It very comfy too... its at tai seng. Besides the charles n keith warehouse and very near to natural cool also. But i think the sales ending end jan if not wrong.
