    I actually signup for HDB resale seminar and paid 25 sgd. I am listing my 3rm hdb property everywhere but seems like buyer are not in sight. Anyone with a successful case on selling or nailing a buyer? Cheers!

    No, you do not need an agent to sell your hdb. I am a home owner. I am selling my 3 rm HDB now. I know the wait now for 1st appointment to taking the key is 6 months. It's a long wait.

    Hi, there are a few solution to this. 1. If you're a firm believer to feng shui, you should choose a good date to start reno works, consult a master (i can recommend if you want) 2. Get Joey yup 2010 calendar (popular book shop got sell) and select the date from the calendar. It's simple and I am doing it this way. Actually, knowing the time to start reno works is also very important unless u want to be that detail.
