5th Jan 2010 - Andy's firm has a workshop of its own so workmanship will be more or less consistent. Carpenter came over and did measurements and 3D drawings (w/o colours though) and the 3 of us discussed how best to do up my place. Was quite comfortable with them so discussions were easy and fast. 6th-12th Jan 2010 - During this time, false ceiling and L-box were done up. So were some electrical re-wirings like adding socket points and relocation of scv points. Kitchen cabinet, fridge and washing machine base were also done up! Paintings were halfway through L-Box at dining area room L-Box **** room Sand, cement brought in for Kitchen, washer base n tiling So fast base done up!

22nd Dec 2009 - Got some quotes from IDs and contractors and finally decided on Design Profession (located at Toa Payoh Central). Coordinator is Andy Lim. I call Andy a coordinator coz he is somewhat in between a real ID and a real contractor. He doesnt do 3D drawings but not so much of a problem for me since we more or less already have ideas on how to do up our new place (just copy here n there haha!). Nevertheless, he is nice, honest and practical. CONTRACT SIGNED!!! Anyways, more pics as promised View directly below (basketball court n some historical walk thingy) 50th storey evening sun view (west facing) east facing 23rd - 26th Dec 2009 - Andy brought us to a lighting shop and a kitchen accessories shop. He had promised us $200 voucher off each shop so we went shopping happily n got we needed. 28th Dec 2009 - Air-con man from Gain City came and fixed up a Mitsubishi Electric System 2 (10am to 5pm) while in between, my wife and I caught an amazing movie called AVATAR!!
