hello there bart! when did u get your keys?early march ready to move in is fast!now new house quite small so ceiling can save space n looks better than standing fan,so i guess dats y. there is a wet market just behind us. facing city side,not the mt faber side. if u r near to blk a,b,c,d, u can use the short cut between blk c n d. if u r nearer to the other side,u can cut thru TPCC (got timing though), get thru yan kit rd n walk down the slope n u can see the wet market.really near,5min walk at most. once u get there,try the annie's ice kachang just up the stairs

As for that gate salesman,he is really persistent. told him i not interested but he insists on talking n talking saying my grilles are already spoilt etc. I have to close the door as i speak n even so he still continue...careful not to be too rude,later at night he come back n....

didnt do window grille,only installed ventillation fan there. yard i use those thick pad lock lor.how about u?

i just change to normal electric heater n it comes with its own shower head,dats y replaced it...sorry too many things to settle till blurr,so nvr ask around oso.plenty of boxes u want?for moving house haha

Oh, n there are plenty of small little flying insects also i can kill more than 10 of them when i m using my computer for few hours. Looks like those flying ants but this one de backside keep shaking,duno if any1 of u seen it b4 somewhere?

KSJL n chipee, to be honest,i dont feel very safe...i mean at night,its so deserted esp only so few neighbours around n my floor only got me so far...then hor,i left a box outside at the lift landing.inside got shower tap etc which i removed after installing the new ones. my wife n i went out for supper at about 1030pm.guess wat? when we were back at 12+ midnite, our box was being ransacked n the shower tap was gone!! so scary....all of u faster move in leh LOL

hey,i bought a 40" Sony TV n this brand is more exp coz of nicer picture colour. I realise that at those fairs ( I bought mine at Sitex) they are not really cheaper, just that they can give some vouchers/freebies which u may not need,so if u dont like to squeeze with crowds,no need go there la haha. I got mine at Sitex last Dec n compared with HN,they are able to give me same price,just dat freebies is different. Sitex there can give me $100 robinson voucher but HN can only give me HDMI cable.

wa,yours so obvious broken then they repaint. mine oso got somewhere like dat but i can close one eye to it. Also,my MBR wall,got a crack from floor to ceiling....n they repaint over it oso.then now after my painters done few coats over then ok le.

i believe CES can redo,as many of them asked them to do so. Probably need to inform BSC again,not too sure...I will be submitting a new list of defects after i move in so may include revarnishing haha.ehh,for the hole in the padlock area,i dont really get wat u mean...any pic to show?

erm,i got some panels from IKEA for that hob area but in the end nvr use coz if just paste it on the tiles,its not in the centre,looks funny. Need to saw it to make it even but then too troublesome...
