yr observation is spot on for d'zander & MGL, so which ones have u chosen? I actually passed by MGL b4 without realising it's one of e good ones recommended [i was researching & hunting for kitchen/bathrm accessories at that point]. I went to both & have decided on MGL. They'll re-measure this sat & hopefully all goes well when they start work later on.

is buying from furniture fair trustworthy? cause prices may or may not be cheaper compared to SG but more concerned is e reputation & delivery promises, cause unlike say Miva or soonly ann, which at least have online feedback from previous buyers, wat if let's say u buy from kuay lapis furniture shop but it's actually a blackshop or wat, then anything after e fair hard to trace cause e office may not be in JB, u know just an example. anyone bought from such fairs before pls comment?

wat if e washing machine sits in service yard? though covered by win grilles when rain splashes in or when washing machines discharges water, will it actually corrode the base of washing machine???

hi fellas, so after using it for a yr, how yr granite sink holding up? i was told by a contractor, in long run, it'll be rough to e touch & e sink will be easily damaged esp when children throw their plates or bowls inside?, read online also can have water stains & scratches are more visible if in darker colour. cause now i can't decide between a granite sink or a stainless steel sink. & are porcelain sinks good as well?

dun intend to have fridge base, but washing machine in service yard & just concern if water splash in during rain or when machine discharge water during washing will corrode it? glass easier to clean than stainless steel? i mean isn't it more oily? u know like when grease stays on harder to clean?

er why have magetic sheet behind e backsplash? wa's e purpose?

instead of door stopper which u put at bottom, try door bumper? it's like a soft piece of rubber which u can just slide in at door if wind blow, will cushion e effect, very cheap. sg i duno sell how much, bought mine in jb only for S$2.

for e backsplash must it be like jaskel's that stretches the entire length of the cabinet? it's to look nicer as well correct? is glass more ex compared to stainless steel? how is the costs calculated?
