Rem I spend around 5K for each toliet including tiles. The most exp part is the wall tile and water proofing stuff... No sure what tiles you choose , but should be negilable as the tiles use is uaually not many ....

Hi People . Has anyone did parquet over their Ceramic Tiles ? My Contractor said that cost to remove ceramic and do cement screening is exp . ( 2~3 K for 3 bed room) Laying of parquet + flooring work will end up around 5~6 K If lay parquet over ceramic tiles will be cheaper. Less than 3K for 3 bedroom . If lay parquet over ceramic tiles , will the parquet appear "hollow hollow" like laminate? What will be the estimated cost for an area of ~600sft cost for parquet ? Many Thanks Any advice welcome.....
