sorry to hear that. we actually had the same problem. but we gave up chasing after them and spent thousands of dollars to fix up what we could. and the rest... we just have to live with it.

our feature wall looks great, but it's down right impractical. it takes hours to run one single cable through the wall, not to mention the pain (literally) you have to go through to do that! and better still, our tv console couldn't hold the weight of our TV!

sorry for my late reply. been away the past few weeks. anyway, i would not recommend you to go with them unless you have the time to be there to supervise their work round-the-clock to make sure they deliver what they've promised, and have thousands of dollars to spare to fix/replace things they might break.

same here. worse still, things were broken. work quoted was never done. will share more later when we get back in town.

I would NOT recommend you to use them. Their workmanship is very poor, although they promised the BEST quality when you first put down your money. We really regret using them.

Our experience with them wasn't very pleasant, so we really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
