I'm doing a minor reno works for my unit and got the following quote. Please advise if it is ok. To supply & install 2FT Laminated cabinet with frosted glass panel above wash basin (with wood backing for support? $650 To supply & install 2FT Laminated cabinet with frosted glass panel on the extension $450 To supply & install one laminated cabinet with solid top to cover up rubbish chute (32"W x 32" H x 12"D $480 To extend washing machine base by 1FT (customer supply tile) $280 To supply labour only to install craftstone **** room $650 To design and fabricate TV console with laminate backing (5FT x 4.5FT) $950 Hope you guys can advise me on this quote. Anyone got any contacts of installer for stone wall. I manage to source for the stone walls but the shop do not have any installer. Anyone can recommend to good installer? To fix it over a my tv wall. About 7 by 2 metres high.

I'm paying $60k COV. Reason being is location is good for me and this area is what me and wife has been aiming for. We not going to renovate the whole house, just some touch ups. The reno done by previous owner also is up to our taste. We calculate if a rundown house, we still need to pay about $20 to $30k COV and spend another $25 to $30k for reno. That's why we reluctantly pay such a high COV. Futhermore, I got this unit and area of my choice after 4 months and we are left with 2 weeks before submission of buying and selling transaction (contra). To add, valuation is $355k, being a high floor unit. Another unit, at Blk 714 Bedok Reservoir, valuation is $380k for a third floor unit. No view except for MSCP. Run down unit and owner asking looking at $25k. Within same day, closed at $32k.

Yah, forgot to edit the pics which got my photo. haha.. The thing is, owner can spent over 20k on reno but does not want to spent juz few hundreds on main door. Isn't it defeat the purpose of renovating????

Yah..when first time view the unit, I liked it alot. All like quite well maintained. Found out from owner, most of the time they sleep over at their private apartment. Hence, house well maintained. One thing funny about them is, main gate they changed new one. Main door lock changed new but main door never change. Wonder what are they thinking.
