Henry tot today can hand over oledi. Haa.. funny.. stil got few things no fix yet though.. Today morning, just discover the tiles for the base of the kitchen table top next to dining area is not straight. So is the side facing the fridge. Sigh... lucky discover it early. Replacement of the cracked tile at main entrance is complete but the guy plastered a chunk outside the tile.. feedback again to remove it.. Going start my review section next week immed after handover.. 2morow go down DIY loh..

Just got my 56in Fanco GM colored fixed up in the living room.. Cleaners cleaning my hse at the moment and later 1.30 meeting Henry for last inspection loh.. btw, yest had already bought brushes etc to do clean up and touch up ourselves.. starting next week bah.. got 4 weeks only before 1st set of furniture comes in..

Yup.. initial quotation no add plastering coz b4 reno looks ok.. mayb coz previous owner no hv dowlights so can't see properly.. HA.. anyways is my fault loh.. bo bian.. Ha.. no use lah.. can't do anything abt it liao.. assume got "bone"... Ha.. Moral of the story.. don't assume loh.. Ha.. although is very obvious to us.. HA..

Note sure if true or not.. the door guy says got "bone" at centre so put it the viewer at the side.. sigh...

Sian.. Henry called... guy who plaster fully booked til june/july.. meeting painter see if can minimize..

Ehh.. nd to check the catelog leh.. tink is piano white though.. solid top not in yet... but i be using LG arcylic top. Black Granite. Need top up though.. he The black top on top of the small cabinet is just glossy black laminate. is a last min addition and removable so no nd solid top loh..

I know old flat's wall is uneven.. but alot of the spots are caused by over-painting leh. esp my L-box lights are shining directly on the wal.. makes it even more obvious.. at least rooms and dining area, i can live with it.. Ha.. i tilt my head abit more, i can see from the window liao.. so y nd a viewer there.. evening time meet Henry and ask him loh.. This is suppose to be plastered already.. but after 1st round of bad painting.. i guess the 2nd painter did not remove the "over-painting" before painting again..

Yah.. But mine is not at the side above door knob.. is like 1/2 way away from side to centre of door.. **** ugly.. i'll ask him to change to centre.. if not, replace the door. There's 2 spot which had defect on it.. sigh..

Can i ask if your door's view hole is in the centre of the door? any1's is to 1 side or near the door knob?

Went over just now.. was alot better.. Some corners i tink i would touch up myself after handover lah. But the living room's wall is very bad coz have lights from the L-box shining directly down on it. 2morow i b trying to meet Henry on this. Parts of it is patching problem. Part is likely caused by poor painting from last painter. Coz this time round, the painter painted over the "bumps" so making it even more obvious. btw, my "view hole" at the main door is not at centre leh, is almost above the door knob.. wonder y so.. any1 out there have "view hole" like that?

Moving wall to hold your mounted TV? Better make sure that piece is made of plywood etc which is remain strong overtime.. not chipwood.. The cable going to the TV is also quite hard, tink is not made for frequent bending... unlike power cord which is more flexible.. Ha..

Yup.. the 3 guys young guys who came to do my piping.. did a very rush job.. 1 place started to leak when i went over the next day.. almost freak me out coz was the place where it was suppose to be boxed up. Toilet also got a leak.. And well.. they're the 1 who mess up my toiletries also..

Once a while drop in to take a look loh.. bo bian leh.. is not Henry renovating your hse leh.. Ha.. is his workers.. some good.. some bad loh.. I can say the tilers and Ah Liang, the electrician is very skilled..

Ha.. any lucky 4th here? Henry mentioned also need to paint the whole wall to prevent uneven color, if so tink he hv to paint 70% of the hse again lohh.. i'll visit again after work.. hopes things is moving.. Ha.. same loh.. whatever i feedback to Henry, he always say ok, can solve.. but sometimes forget abt it..

If there's only 2 painters under Henry's wings. then Ah Xiang is now working at my hse now.. Ha.. and is suppose to patch everything in 1 day time.. sorry for him though... asked to come over to clean up for another lazy and irresponsible person..

Hve tried to ask Henry what's the name of the painter, but qn was tactically not answered so lve it bah.. So now possibility is either me and Simon kana the same bad painter or there is 2 bad painter in the mist.. Ha.. lottery draw for everyone loh..

Hi reuben82, We had initially considered wardrobe with TV console but finally deem it waste of wardrobe space. Coz about say 30% of the space would be wasted. e.g Wall mount LCD/LED? you would need clearance from all edges of the TV to be bright enuf + need light above TV?? pull out shelf? placement of SCV box, player? End up we just pull the power, scv points behind the bedside table. And in future if want, would just wall mount a LED TV next to our bed (not the toilet wall of coz, is the other side). And that is why the aircon is mounted above the door, to clear the wall of anything. Temporay solution would be use the side table to put the TV on. Ha.. btw, mine is only a queen sized bed only coz king size too big. I have seen the ex-owner's queen size bed in the room and confirm+guarantee cannot use king sized bed. e.g when opening the door, it almost touched the corner of the bed oledi. Ha..

Hmm.. area as in Simei? smaller area is simei rd loh.. Ha..
