If salt option, there are certain places you must throw.. tink salt is after reno? eg u need clean up the pl clean clean after that leh.. i not sure though.. (that's why i didn't do).. No matter who's the boss. Sending a registered mail to inform can be used as evidence in court mah.. Imagine a situation where boss feign ignorance and says no 1 tell him before when authority questions. A good reason given is The guy is a part tm or had been retrenched or doing sideline only.. No email/DID could have been purposely 1 so only 1 channel can be used to find the company. Any problem, change HP number can liao mah.. Rem my case? pics/letters is evidence anywhere.. While sending emails to ICA/SPF, send a registered mail to the company. On assumption that "boss" of the company do not know Mike did such a thing. Send - letter stating call made on when, wat was conversed, warning, attitude of mike etc and mention of report to police made on when (giving the serial no, officer name, branch etc). They can go find out more from police if need to. - Send pics of what was done as well. - a copy of the letter stick on the wall. While effect is not immediate, you had done your due diligence to inform the company. Keep a copy of everything sent. I found the address of Eurohub Credit. Similiar situation as my reno.. to make things easy, i could have just paid up and keep with the faults.. Shld i have done so knowing fully things is not right and shld be rectified, contractor whom i paid for is pushing awasy his responsibility? Esp this thing wic concerns safety of yourself and family. What would you have done if your wife/child is threathened in the public, or your door is splashed with paint by loansharks? Keep quiet and forget abt it coz knowing it can't be solved in 1 week time? I'm sure everyone wants to live in a safe neighbourhood.. Forward ICA's reply to SPF. Let them "settle" among themselves. Meet MP with the letters.. This is a good way to start right? Sharking problem cannot be solved overnight but it needs to start somewhere. U make a report.. no one wants to do anything.. but u have names and reports.. if something happens, heads wld roll.. if knowing this, would ICA/SPF not act? Forum is to help each other solve problems.. give suggestions.. also to share so others can be better prepared..

Some things i also paid in full coz for convenience sake and trust the salesman.. Praying all items comes in good good condition.. Rem to get his personal HP number leh.. no use calling the shop.. If Sun dun recv or is defective, call and demand full refund!

That is bad.. did you pay deposit only or full amount? Ask for refund and go elsewhere buy? Shld get a free stool for every single day u waited!... or $50 off per day of waiting! if the goods arrive, check every single corner, hinges etc.. coz rushing, they may "bang" the side or patch up when some place is nicked..

Likely it would take more then 5 working days.. is standard for govern sector.. coz 1 email, they'll route a few levels for approval/draft.. i wrote to LTA feedback on something near my pl, it took few weeks to get back.. Mine is not loan shark case.. is GE money i tink.. they come up to look for the ex-owner coz no reply call and letters.. Lucky we got the new add coz we did contra sale.. so we got their new address if we need to use it 1 day.. but they are stil nice to come pick up their letters lah..

Get the emails as proof that u informed ICA and bring the letter to the SPF.. sometimes need a nudge.. if they dun agree, ask them call ICA themselves and sort things out. Get document proof that is not SPF..
