If deemed enough spare savings for emergencies, then shld take the chance to lower the total loan amount. CPF money can be used for investment also leh (weigh the interest also?).. study loan also.. last time studying poly, i took from my father's CPF.. but need return after start working lah..

I moved in in May and now rust liao leh.. tray rust oledi? And i either cook once a week or no cook at all leh.. i.e not that much water would accumulate inside leh.. Cannot be tray, wic is to capture water, can rust so easily? Then have to keep it dry? Then how to keep it in condition? if rust, then have to change the try, dish holder etc oledi?

Similiar case to mine. Things not rectified properly, some is not going to rectify and wan just discount to end the matter. Demand for payment when Owner dun wan pay last payment since still have problems unsolved. Contractor threatened to sue yet again. Let the owner post 1st. He's preparing to go to court/counter-sue if things are not resolved. There's family safety at stake.. Ha.. that's why u shld share so we can learn from the past mah..

Me not expert so only personal opinion only huh.. You shld always have spare cash in your CPF in events of emergency like loss of job etc. Same as to cash savings.. Ideally wld be 1 years saving, whether is cash or CPF cash. if not, haf year.. hard but is advisable.. Good to offset so the interest is less. If you can leave enuf cash inside CPF after offset, do so loh.. Not worth the risk to offset to save interest only to leave yourself "open" to possible crisis.

Ha.. have fun huh.. Soap marks appear after u dose the tile w soap water and leave it to dry.. overtime.. the marks stays.. similiar to water stains.. Need a few days to test though.. so start testing asap loh.. Ha..

Ha.. got test the sample tiles with water, soap, detergent etc to see slippery-ness, water marks, soap marks etc? I didn't do so.. wish i did though.. sigh..

Does the tray of the kitchen dish drying rack rust easy? Mine start to rust liao leh, those spots wic drips water often though.. some is as big as 2 50ct combined...
