Can Us Applicance Be Used In Singapore?
wolflet replied to curryqueen's topic in Electronics & Electricals
look at the label on the equipment. if it says 110-240. then no need for transformer. if its 110V only. then u need a transformer. and u need to know the current rating of the equipment. if its say 3A. try to get a 5A transformer at least. if no current rating. see the power rating. transformers come with power rating also -
any idea if huper optik has any clear film? coz my place's windows are already slightly tinted. if the film is also tinted. might turn out very dark

i believe wooden is carved and porcelain is molded. so the craftsmanship price should be more expensive for wooden.

from what i heard. husband and wife should go to choose the statue together. and the statue must look pleasing to both of them before buying. if 1 party likes it and the other doesn't. dun buy. my friend followed this idea and spent like weeks choosing their statue. in the end, they found 1 which both of them like and they happily invited it back to their place.

Must We Sign Some Papers Before We Start The Renovation?
wolflet replied to valkilmer's topic in RENOVATION WORKS
i did sign on an agreed quotation which acts as a contract and paid 10% of the contract fee (total quote) after deciding to use the company. and paid another 40% upon work commencement. i believe it works to protect my interest as there will be a agreed pricing which is signed by both parties. without that, the contractor can just say whatever price he wants at the end of the reno. -
u can try contat. was told fire rated doors need special door closers.

Rice Containers
wolflet replied to noobhouse's topic in Moving House: Packing, Storing, Moving To Your New House
i got the tupperware rice dispenser. its plastic and its unique cause it works on the first in first out basis. so new rice goes in the top, and rice is dispensed out the bottom. so ur old rice will always get used up first. -
