most IDs like challenges too. Most IDs i spoke to hope to have some clients who are daring and willing to try things out. Most of them have ideas which nobody dares to try. If you are willing to go for out of the box designs. u should tell that to the IDs. most of them should be able to come up with something for u

a method my fren was using.. call all this shops.. get the best quote. go to gain city.. they will match whatever price u get outside.. and u can still pay for extended warranty.. 1 stop at low price.

sad news. We just cancelled our contract with sky creation. Realised our ID mistakenly underquoted for a couple of things. In the end we have to incur extra costs due to her errors. thats why we decided to cancel the contract. True to their word, they honored their 5 day cooling period policy. But because we paid using mastercard, we have to lose $30 coz of the credit card charges.

Got the plans for ceiling works and lighting today. The ceiling plan. Sorry the colour is a little off, my scanner isnt really good with highlighters Yellow is for false ceiling, purple is for L-box and there's supposed to be a orange highlight for light pelmets for cove lighting. but its so thin, can't really see it. For the living room, the lights are coming from the top and bottom L-boxes. For the MBR, cove lighting all around

Today we just signed the contract with Sky Creations. We met with a couple of IDs with most of them quoting about the same region. We feel most comfortable with Sky Creations and *** Interior. In the end, we chose SC because they offered slightly more at the same price. Can't wait to see the 3d drawings in 2 weeks time.

i doubt service providers keep records of our smses. maybe u can print them if u connect ur phone to ur pc and sync the messages? this im not really sure
