  2. from what i heard (friends and relatives) sealy mattresses tend to have quite severe motion transfer. so if its going to be slept by 2 persons, do not go for sealy. if its a single bed. then its very good.

  14. the mounting bracket should be available in sim lim sq or sim lim tower. just have to know what kind of mounting bracket your tv is using. have to check your tv manual. mounting. i think can ask the carpenter who did your feature wall to install for you
  15. anything more than 6ft will have to be multiple pieces coz our lift max can allow 6ft. if u use frosted glass, will have a green tint. use painted glass instead, where they apply paint to the back of the glass to achieve the colour.

  17. its actually a 2 piece lock held together by 2 screws. just remove the screws and the lock should come apart with minimum damage to your gate. this kind of lock easier to manage with 1 hand in cases where u are carrying shopping bags. normal conventional locks needs 2 hands to operate as u need to hold on the the lock
  18. i'm not sure. but it makes sense to polish before carpentry. else the tiles below the carpentry works will not be polished
  19. where can i get a 8 port cat6 patch panel? any idea the rough pricing for the item? actually i intend to just use the normal faceplates. or just connect rj45 jacks to the cable end and plug into my switch. since its all concealed in the cabinet...

  25. boxing up is to beautify the place. but also causes problems in future if pipes are leaking or needs to be replaced.
